Berks Community Action Program

Berks Community Action Program (BCAP) is a non-profit organization serving over 2,500 individuals and families each year. We provide services to low-income families and individuals, including financial assistance, workforce development, family education, mentoring services, mortgage assistance and other services for those who are financially eligible.
