Berks Community Action Program
Berks Community Action Program (BCAP) is a non-profit organization serving over 2,500 individuals and families each year. We provide services to low-income families and individuals, including financial assistance, workforce development, family education, mentoring services, mortgage assistance and other services for those who are financially eligible.
As a private, non-profit organization, Berks Community Action Program (BCAP) relies on donations to make a difference in the lives of individuals and families of Berks County.
When you donate to BCAP, you will become part of our mission to combat poverty and help low- and moderate-income residents become more self-sufficient.
